Re-entering the community can be a challenging experience for individuals with brain injury. Our training program delivers rehabilitation in a community setting and focuses on improving the life skills necessary to live and function successfully in society. Compensatory strategies are utilized in order to assist each individual to live as independently as possible. This instruction includes training and support in:

  • Activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Medication Management
  • Financial management
  • Community mobility
  • Problem solving
  • Recreation and leisure
  • Medical management
  • G-Tube feeding

Services can be provided for 24-hour care, supervised apartments, semi-supervised apartments, or subsidized apartments in the community. Please contact us for more information on living options available to fit your needs.
